This company did an excellent job on my floors. I have very heavy furniture in my house and they moved every piece and put it all back together, there was about eight to ten guys in my house and they all was very nice and friendly they was like my family we all in one big house, My sales lady was Teresa and she was excellent, I will definitely use them again if I ever buy another house. I will always refer them to friends and family.
I absolutely love my floors from flooring direct. The process was easy and straightforward. Bill (salesperson) was patient and friendly. Vicente and his team were knowledgeable and took great care when installing the floors. I had originally planned to put in my own floors but after watching all of the extra steps taken by the team to ensure floors were level, and every cut was perfect, I am so glad I didn't! They gave an estimation of 3 days but finished by 4 pm the second day! Vicente also took the time to show me that one of the toilets had a problem with continuous running. I knew it did but hadn't had the time to fix it. He offered to fix it if i bought the parts! I easily could have done it but appreciated him going that extra mile. I am absolutely in love with the floors and would recommend them to family and friends.
Everyone was exceptional. Brandon who came out to measure and show us samples, Stephanie who set up our install appointment and Jose and his crew who installed our carpet. They were quick and professional. The carpet itself is super soft and beautiful! We are so happy with everything.
